Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our customer-centric team and contribute to the success of the dealership. If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
- Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
- Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.
- Packing and loading Parts correctly

Essential Qualifications:

- Experience of working in a Parts department in a franchised dealership
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
