Machine Setter

Are you an experienced machine setter and looking for an **immediate start **in Speke?

Proactive Personnel currently recruiting on behalf of an expanding business based on Speke industrial estate.

The business is brilliant at retaining and developing staff, and in this role as a machine setter you can expect to be challenged and have progression opportunities within the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Being responsible for safe co-ordination & operation of machinery on site.
- Set up machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired output.
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency
- Ensuring product quality is maintained at all times.
- Making sure the equipment in use meets production targets.
- Conducting risk assessments for manufacturing machinery & manual handling equipment.
- Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed at all times.

**YOU WILL HAVE**:

- Experience in setting high speed machinery.
- The ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Good written English communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively unsupervised.
