Limehouseltd is an independent Estate & Letting Agent based in Biggar, we are looking for an exceptional and ambitious Assistant to join our busy Sales and Lettings team.
Mondat - Friday, 9am-3pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Although not an exhaustive list, the role would include the following duties:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- General administration duties
- Taking messages from vendors, landlords and tenants
- Diary management
- Maintaining positive communication
- Managing property keys
- Carrying out property inspections/viewings
- Taking enquiries for the sales and lettings team
- Carrying out viewings in conjunction with other team members
- Collating feedback for the landlord/vendor from the viewings
- Informing potential tenants they have been successful/unsuccessful
- Maintaining and updating the filing system
- Database work
- Updating social media posts
- Holiday cover for administrators
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of the IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media and the internet
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and genuine persona
- Able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
- Be well-presented, professional, and great team player
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise your workload, work to tight deadlines and produce high quality work under pressure
- Be confident to make decisions and know when to seek further clarification/advice
- Be willing to learn and develop your skill set and knowledge
- Be happy to work both in the office and go out to visit properties
Experience in the property lettings/sales environment is desirable but not essential.
Schedule:
- Mon - Fri - 9-3pm, with the prospect to become full time.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
