An exciting opportunity has arisen for a phlebotomist to come and work in the Community. The successful applicant will be visiting patients in their own homes and working across several teams. There are roles available in both Bournemouth central and Christchurch.

We have two posts available, one full time position of 37.5 a week and a part time position of 22.5 a week.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.

To work proactively as a member of the community nursing team.

**Duties will include**:
Visiting patients in their own homes

Proactively working as part of the Team

Participate in the constantly evolving and changing needs of patients in the local practice population.
