Are you an experienced motor claims handler, with exposure to personal injury claims? Do you work for an insurance company and run a caseload of pre-litigated cases?
Do you want to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, (no shifts or weekend work)?
If you're looking to work in a legal practice as opposed to an insurance company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships with customers, and become a valued member of the team.
**What will your day look like?**
- Provide an excellent level of customer service (dealing with claims and queries) as a claims advisor offering support from the initial reporting of a claim to arranging next steps
- Handle Personal Injury claims
- To provide a friendly and efficient service notifying customers of all relevant information complying with the company and FCA requirement
- Plan and process all claims jobs to efficiently control your own, and others within the teams, workloads ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.
- To achieve objectives of individual and team goals and to contribute to the team developing effective relationships internally and externally.
- Make a positive input into the team effectiveness, suggesting improvements to work systems and processes.
- Lead by example and be an active part of the team in achieving service and admin goals
- Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Keep your product and industry knowledge relevant and up to date by undertaking Continuous Personal Development
- Adhere to both company and FCA rules and guidelines
