Fylde and Wyre Mindsmatter (IAPT Service) is a friendly close working team which offers informal peer support via online, face to face and also professional support via Clinical and Caseload Supervision to ensure staff are valued and supported.

An existing opportunity exists for several suitably qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, who are passionate about providing meaningful and effective therapeutic experiences to address common mental health problems, to join the Fylde and Wyre Mindsmatter team (IAPT Services). Fylde and Wyre is a beautiful part of the North West of England with accessible travel links both to major cities and beautiful coastline and national parks, suitable for all people and family types.

The Mindsmatter service has dedicated teams of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs), Counsellors and Dual trained Clinicians who also have expertise in EMDR, who offer a range of support to help people make positive changes to reduce stress and anxiety and improve their wellbeing. Career development includes CPD in person and remote education, shadowing, joint working with different specialist areas e.g. Physical Health, LD, Perinatal. Staff enjoy working collaboratively to provide/receiving support to all different members of the team/MDT teams providing a holistic approach to their own practice and that of others.
