Teknek is the world leader in the design and production of yield improvement equipment that helps the worlds advanced manufacturers reduce defects and waste. To support these developments, we have a variety of open vacancies for that require the support of a part time inhouse HR recruiter on a Fixed Term 6 month contract.

You will be based in our Glasgow facility located behind Glasgow Airport.

We are looking for a part time inhouse HR recruiter to support our recruitment process on fixed term 6 month contract.

The role:

- Work closely senior managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Create job adverts, and post on job boards and social media
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns to build a talent pipeline
- Conduct initial stage of recruitment (Phone interview / Microsoft Teams interview)

Desirable Key Skills
- Ideally a Minimum of 2 years working in an HR capacity
- CIPD qualification an advantage
- Fluent verbal and written English language
- Attention to detail and not afraid to question the status quo
- The ability pass on information in a clear & concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
