**Fixed Term Contract Position Required**: Business Analyst

We are working exclusively with a growing NfP organisation who are looking for a Business Analyst to own the investigation, documentation and analysis across corporate projects.

You will work with stakeholders across the business to translate analysis into tangible business solutions.

**Salary**: £43,000 - £47,000 + excellent benefits

**Agile / Hybrid working -**1-2 days onsite per week

**Location**: London and Norwich

**Contract**: 12 month FTC, with a permanent role at the end

**A Business Analyst will**:

- Gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops to define business issues and gather requirements
- Gather and record workshop outputs including process maps, requirements, risks, issues, assumptions, and benefits
- Support the prioritisation of business requirements using analytical, quantitative, and qualitative techniques
- Develop business process maps and associated documentation and confirm how these will be maintained following approval
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present findings, maintaining good working relationships
- Manage business analysis work-packages as defined by business stakeholders
- Help define solutions to support business improvement through cost/benefit analysis and business cases
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the organisation and their objectives, being informed of risks, challenges, and impacts
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practice developments, escalating and advising on key regulatory and operating environment impacts.

**A successful Business Analyst will have**:

- Strong BA background, particularly with translating business requirements into project scopes
- Experience defining customer or employee journey requirements
- Good problem-solving skills and a pro-active mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Housing sector experience is advantageous but not essential
