**What is the core purpose of the role?**
You will be owning the development and delivery of one or multiple brands in support of the appropriate Product/System portfolio and customer roadmap. You will be designing specific brand communication strategies that truly connect with and support our audiencein collaboration with key stakeholders building market awareness, pull, and delivering measurable Sales & Marketing goals. This enables our brands to realise their commercial contribution and product leadership ambition.
KEY RESULTS AREAS
- Campaign Content - Management of campaign dashboard showing progress on target customer engagement & targets
- Project Management - Projects on target & the number of projects active and delivered successfully.
- Communications strategy - Contribution to and management of brand health, brand NPS scoring, brand CVP, brand message house, and brand boiler plate.
- Experimentation and communication implementation - driving to meet KPIs and displaying a great understanding of communications impact by sector/product /customer groups
- Customer intimacy - Investing time to understand customers' needs and expectations, identifying communication opportunities thereby informing communication strategy.
- Best practice - Cultivates key relationships with third parties and accesses targeted information sources so as to access communications best practice and expertise to inform ways of working
- Strategy evaluation - Assessing KPIs & ROI to understand the effectiveness of communications by sector, product and customer groups thereby gaining learning for future communications
- Commercial awareness - Liaises with colleagues and accesses marketing insight so as to keep abreast of sector, B2B and B2C supply chain know-how enabling effective commercial decision-making
- A business or marketing degree supported by a CIM qualification to level 6
- Experience in managing communications campaigns, focussed on content, thought-leadership and engagement
- Strong working knowledge of content strategies, web development and social community management growth and conversion - expertise in content creation and storytelling
- Experience in measuring results, analysing NPS scores and adjusting accordingly.
- The ability to work effectively under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong focus on customers, collaboration and delivering
- A talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external customers and stakeholders
- A collaborative approach to your work, with a positive, solution focused outlook
- Good copywriting skills being able to identify and correct copy that does not match brand tone of voice
- Experience of briefing and managing external agencies
- Experience of managing a press office, dealing with journalists and securing positive coverage
- Experience in managing corporate reputation, dealing with sensitive issues and providing advice on crisis communications issues
- Experience in animation, video production, event management and trade shows
- Experience in using and scheduling best practice content on social media platforms
