Property Negotiator

Job Profile

In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with our sales and lettings clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer, general admin duties, generating new business and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone. Viewings outwith office hours are required to maximise earning potential.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

You will be based from one **of our Hemmings Homes branches either in Motherwell or Cambuslang.** offering expert advice about the sales process, local market conditions and showcasing Hemmings Homes, as a 'one stop shop' for selling, Letting, Buying and Financial Services.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
