**In-House Recruiter/ Recruitment Officer - Salary dependant upon experience - 37.5 hours per week, Halesowen - both home and office working**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced internal Recruitment Officer to join our busy but fun team in our Halesowen Support Centre. Please note there will be a requirement to be based partly from our office in Halesowen, South Birmingham 1 - 2 days per week with the remaining 3 - 4 days being home based.

As a Recruitment Officer you will oversee the recruitment for our residential services, building excellent working relationships across the business.

At accomplish we specialise in outcome focused support for people with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries. We work in partnership with commissioners to deliver responsive, flexible, specialist support in therapeutic, registered residential and supported living settings across England and Wales. Our individual support plans aim to provide the people we support with more choice and control over their own lives.

**As Recruitment Officer you will**:

- Build excellent working relationships across the business so we are always aware of recruitment needs
- Advertise roles as needed across a number of job boards
- Complete weekly reports
- Arrange and attend large scale recruitment open events
- Complete offer packs, including offer letter and contracts

**We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer who is**:

- Experienced in volume recruitment, managing multiple vacancies across a number of geographical locations at any one time
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise
- Motivated by a passion for quality and great customer service
- Experienced in recruiting within in the care sector (advantageous)
- Organised with an outstanding ability to prioritise
- Willing with a 'Can-do' attitude
- A great communicator with attention to detail
- Computer literate
