**About the role...**

Within our fast-growing Outsourced Business Services team, we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail to fill a bookkeeper role. Day to day you'll be working with a range of entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses and group companies managed overseas, taking responsibility for the operating and maintenance of their company records. You will be at the forefront of digital advancement using the very best, market-leading accounting software.

Essentially, this means you’ll look after the bookkeeping and company records for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a smooth, well-organised, monthly outsourced service. You will play a key role within our team, working closely with those who deliver the preparation of statutory and management accounts.

**What you’ll need**
- Previous bookkeeping experience, whether in a similar Outsourcing team or in an industry role.
- Ability to project manage multiple clients and deadlines - someone who is ace at managing their time and keeping themselves, and their clients, organised.
- Experience using Xero accounting software. Experience using QuickBooks and Sage is preferable, but not essential.
- A genuine passion and drive for "getting stuff done" to help deliver AMAZING client service.
- Umpf Someone who takes ownership of their workload and communicates realistic timescales.
- Ability to spot a needle in a haystack (not literallybut you catch our drift).
- To be passionate about client experience, be curious and constantly looking for ways to add more value to our clients.
