Lettings Negotiator

Duties:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Market properties through various channels, such as online listings and social media
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in the preparation of property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and changes in property laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks, such as managing paperwork and maintaining records
- Experience in property management or sales is preferred, but not required
