Bakkavor Group is a leading manufacturer in the fresh foods market, specialising in developing private label products for top global grocery retailers and well known international foodservice operators.
In the UK, our customers include some of the UKs best known grocery retailers including Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda and Morrison’s, who sell our products to consumers under their respective retail brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System ensuring a correct record of all activity on live vacancies
- Ensuring the department complies with the numerous SLA’s during the recruitment process

Required Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience within a fast paced recruitment/resourcing/call centre environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good judgment & decisions making skills
- Conscientious, friendly, respectful & self - motivated
- Excellent administration skills
- Organised with the ability to work at pace
- Computer Literate (All Microsoft Packages)
