**The Opportunity**:
**_ Radar Healthcare's new Sales Support Administrator_**:
We're looking for an organised and well-presented Sales Support Administrator to join our high-performing Sales Team.

Working in a fast-paced sales environment, you'll play a vital role in improving sales operations through a balanced approach of general administrative tasks, pipeline support and an optimised utilisation of various sales tools (Salesloft, MS Dynamics, DealHub and Power BI).

As this role is instrumental in boosting sales efficiency, streamlining processes and ensuring accurate data management, we're looking for somebody self motivated, professional and thorough, with an affinity for working as part of a team as well as independently, demonstrating good initiative and flexibility.

**_ What you’ll be doing to make a difference:_**:

- **Handling **day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, data entry and maintaining organised sales records
- **Managing** calendar coordination, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the CRO and wider sales team
- **Providing support** by collaborating with the wider sales team to manager and update the sales pipeline
- **Monitoring** leads and opportunities, ensuring data entry and progression tracking
- **Generating and distributing** regular pipeline reports and forecasts
- **Administering** Radar Healthcare's CRM system by updating customer and prospect information, tracking interactions and maintaining data accuracy
- **Utilising** Salesloft to support outbound prospecting efforts, creating/maintaining templates and processes to improve outreach efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Tracking** response rates and engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies
- **Collaborating** closely with BDMs to provide administrative assistance, such as scheduling client meetings, preparing materials and coordinating travel arrangements
- **Liaising** with our Compliance Team and managing processes and data within the Sales function, in line with the company's ISO and other certification requirements
- **Assisting** BDMs in researching and identifying potential leads, industries and market trends
- **Preparing and compiling** presentations and sales collateral to support BDMs in prospect meetings and demos
- **Collaborating** with the Sales team to share insights, identify process improvements and contribute to a positive team dynamic
- **Answering and managing** forwarded calls by inbound phone call handlers
