**Care Home Receptionist**

**Full-Time Hours - Including alternate weekends**

Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. **As a Care Home Receptionist you will be responsible for**:
Providing a comprehensive reception and telephone support service to the Care Home team, visitors and telephone callers.

**Your Skills**:

- Polite, courteous and professional approach to dealing with telephone enquiries.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to deal with a busy and varied role.
- Trustworthy and able to deal confidentially with information.
