Role : Reddit Assistant

Salary - £22,000 PA

We are looking to hire someone who specialises in Reddit mto boosting our creators' online presence.

As our Reddit Assistant, you'll be the driving force behind our Reddit promotion strategies. Your mission is to assist in increasing models presence while adhering to our strict guidelines and avoiding Reddit account bans.

**Requirements**:

- Good written English
- Must be familiar with Reddit platform and promotion
- Must have similar work experience for marketing creator reddit accounts
- Strong attention to detail to avoid common ban triggers
- Great IT skills
- Be able to work independently
- Comfortable with explicit content

Day to Day tasks
- Purchasing specific aged accounts with corresponding proxy, adding to anti detect browser
- Build and create profile
- Read and fully understand the subreddit rules for each promotion
- Focus on posting high-quality content that resonates with the subreddit's niche
- Implement upvotes to posts without strategy
- Be cautious of common ban reasons, such as excessive upvotes in relation to views
- Achieve ‘hot’ section ranking
- Continuously post on subreddits
- Review analytics to see what strategies work best

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

The job is fully remote, but the closer you can be to Eastleigh (Southampton) the better as that's where the team is based.
