Covenant Associate Director - Pensions

Reading - Salary Experience Dependent

An expanding Consultancy who specialise in Pensions Covenant are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join a highly knowledgeable and successful team. Due to an influx in new business and ambitious company growth plans driven by an entrepreneurialboard, this is a good opportunity to join and become a key member of the team. Working for a smaller company you will have an opportunity to define your own career and role, whilst also enjoying the challenge of working in an entrepreneurial innovative environment.

The company deliver wide ranging and complex Covenant Consultancy Projects to Pension Trustees and Clients. They have an excellent reputation for providing top end intuitive advice presented in a user-friendly manner. As a smaller flexible consultancy, theyenjoy delivering the same quality a larger firm may provide but in a more client tailored manner.

Specifics of the role include -- Deliver Covenant projects, assessing covenant strength and making recommendations as needed.
- Provide clear funding advice to clients.
- Analyze company financial statements and reports providing in depth presentations on company positions and anything effecting its financial strength.
- Lead a team producing client reports and analysis, outlining covenant advice and making recommendations.
- Develop and implement Covenant frameworks.
- Develop, grow, and shape a new analytical support team in a new region.
- With the support of the Partners help grow and develop a portfolio of clients
- Cultivate a network of contacts to help introduce new business.
- Manage client meetings, presenting complex information in a easy to understand manner.
- Write new business proposals, technical marketing information and other presentation material.
- Keep up to date with market changes.
