The employee will be responsible for delivering alterations, embroidery and heat seal requirements through managing the orders and completing the production of all garment requirements for the branch.

Key Responsibilities: Embroidery & Heatseal
- Operation of embroidery & heat seal machine in a safe and efficient manner
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Assist Customer Service team by answering product and service questions
- Must be organised and comfortable with maintenance customer logo information.
- Effectively managing production schedule and accurately report progress
- Working closely with the operations and product team to provide customers with a seamless operational service

Key Responsibilities: Alterations
- Accurately measuring customers garments using tape measures to ensure proper fit of garments.
- Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order.
- Altering or repairing customers' garments and other articles, which includes hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams.
- Constructing garments and other articles according to customers' specifications and preferences.
- Labeling customers' garments and articles and recording the alterations required.
- Communicating with customers to determine their specifications, needs, and preferences.
- Using irons and pressing machines to erase the creases on garments and other articles.

The Essentials
- Previous experience working with embroidery machine (BROTHER MACHINE 4 head and SWF 8 head in particular)
- Previous experience working with EPS-ETHOS SERIES and MICROSOFT
- Knowledge and experience of managing a production schedule would be desirable
- Proven track record in achieving targets within specific deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven sewing experience.
- Sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques.
- The ability to work under time constraints.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented
