**About the role**

Cormac are looking to employ a Technical Support Officer. The role requires excellent attention to detail as can be quite varied. It includes the preparation of the contracts, co-ordinating and liaising with internal and external Clients and producing performance reports.

You will provide consistent and high-quality support as part of the Systems Management Team. The Team supports all business areas of Cormac with various projects and tasks. This role supports and coordinates within the Environment Team on various contracts.

**Some duties will include**
- To communicate effectively with colleagues in a clear and concise manner, including obtaining information from an appropriate source in response to a nonstandard query and feeding back colleagues in an accurate and effective manner
- Preparing and coordinating Minor Works contracts including quotations, raising PO’s and coordinating with Operational Managers
- Attending financial performance reviews, resolving any issues that arise
- Coordination of Play Facility Contract including contract renewals and material ordering
- Supporting the Landscaping providing updates and administration
- Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and monitoring action trackers
- Providing data for contract KPI’s
- First point contact for external service development, tailoring service options required for customers needs, ensuring the correct outcome.
- To maintain confidentiality of information acquired in the course of undertaking duties for the business.

**About you**

We are looking for you to have:

- Microsoft Office.
- Office Skills / knowledge of administrative working procedures.
- Communication / Team Working / Confident in holding meetings.
- 4 x GCSE Grade C/4 and above.
- Knowledge and practical experience in a supporting capacity.
- Experience of dealing with data.

**Base: Hybrid - Home and Office (Bodmin)**
