Job Title: Client Account Manager
Salary/Benefits: £30,000 + Company Car
Location: 50/50 office/field-based
We are looking for an experienced B2B Client Account Manager to join our client on a permanent basis.
Role:

- Managing cleaning contracts for clients including housing association, public services and hospitals - mostly in Newport, Cardiff and surrounding areas with a few contracts in Swansea
- Responsible for performance of all staff onsite, including the quality of work against SLAs
- Managing Supervisors to ensure they understand and achieve contractual compliance and service levels of contracts
- Continuous Improvement - how can we do things better, how can we be more efficient, how can we reduce cost?
- Assist with new business tenders as required
**Experience**:

- Business to Business account management experience - this can be from cleaning industry or other B2B environments such as Recruitment, Office Furniture/Stationary, Business Mobiles/IT
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a leader and motivator of people
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set KPIs and/or SLAs
