We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our Product Team who are responsible for creating a programme of over 500 Holidays, Short Breaks and Day Tours.

As our department administrator, you will play a key role in assisting with administrative tasks to ensure efficient day to day operations. You’ll have the chance to gain valuable experience in various aspects of the industry, from customer service and administration to tour coordination and logistics.

Exceptional customer service is the heart of our business and is a required standard to join our team.

**Key areas of the role**:

- Ensure the timely dispatch of holiday brochures in response to enquiries, maintaining an organised system for distribution
- Responsible for sending customers holidays documents for every tour, ensuring accuracy and completeness of travel documents and itineraries
- Allocate tickets for customers, ensuring timely delivery of tickets prior to departure dates
- To support the Senior Tour Coordinator with the organisation of holiday itineraries, including liaising with suppliers and preparing travel information for our tour drivers,
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and in person when required, providing the Roberts excellent standard of customer service
- To assist with covering specified duties during holiday leave of any of the team
- Any additional administrative duties as requested by your Line Manager

- Availability to work weekends, or out of core hours on an occasional basis
