**The Role**:

- This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Construction (non-contentious) Senior Associate to join the firm's offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the construction team display particular strengths within the infrastructure, real estate & energy sectors, focusing on a broad scope of engineering and development projects for high-calibre clients
- To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of non-contentious construction work, including standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FDIC, MF/1), with a focus on clean energy projects
- As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to support the more junior members of the team and contribute to the development of the wider department, with a view to leading part of the practice in the near future
- In return, you can expect to receive genuine opportunities to progress towards director & partner level
- An experienced Construction Solicitor with 4 to 6 years PQE
- Highly meticulous & commercially focused
