If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding job role, we are currently recruiting for a number of Care Support Assistants to join our Adult Services staff team.

Working independently and as part of a team, you will support young people and adults to access a range of activities both within our residential homes and in the community. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role; and you must be people-centred with good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the adults we support.

**Salary**: £21,451.45-£21,658.06 per year
