**Call Quality Auditor**

Our Call Quality Auditor monitors and measures the quality of outbound and/or inbound sales calls and prepares and presents audit reports for management to identify any issues with performance. The aim is to enable our team to adopt best practice through continual learning and improvement

The role is predominately home based, but you will need to be able to easily commute to the office in Telford for initial training and attendance at any required meetings.

For homeworking you must have a dedicated workspace, we will provide all IT equipment.

**Responsibilities**

Monitoring and measuring the quality of outbound and inbound sales calls

Providing constructive reporting to management as required

Effectively document all monitoring of advisors for compliance to script, objection handling, rapport building, etc.

Manage time effectively to maximise productivity.

**Requirements**:
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and advantage but not essential

The ability to prioritise work load

Proven organisational skills

Target focussed

Excellent reporting skills

Computer literate

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
