**About the role**

This post would suit someone who loves to work outside. A high degree of physical effort is required as lifting of bags and other heavy objects are part of this role.
- Develop sound working knowledge of the equipment used to carry out street sweeping duties.
- Carry out routine maintenance of equipment in accordance with checklists or schedules.
- Undertake street cleansing duties using established work schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with industry standards.

**About you**

This is an outdoor job so we’ll need you to be happy in the fresh air. It’s really important that you’re able to work well as part of a team, taking real pride in a job well done.
- You will need to hold a full UK driving licence
- Experience of outdoor manual working
- Experience of using a range of powered machinery
