**JOB SUMMARY**:
Joining the Buildings Maintenance Department to provide building maintenance and repair service across the Mostyn estate.

**Maintenance & Repairs**

Liaising with the Property and Buildings Manager to undertake repair and maintenance tasks.

Following up on reported faults and accessing properties to resolve any issues.

Assisting on varied projects.

**KNOWLEDGE**

**Essential**:

- Trade background in joinery or plastering.
- Health & Safety legislation

**Overview**:
Mostyn Estates is a traditional family estate with holdings across North Wales and Cheshire. The role is based in Llandudno.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established department that maintains a diverse range of buildings on the Mostyn Estate, ranging from residential to commercial properties and farmsteads, woodland and our broader property portfolio.

You will possess qualifications and experience in a recognised building trade and be capable of joining a committed team with a diverse range of backgrounds and experience.

You will provide the estate with an efficient, proactive, and dedicated maintenance service. Always calm under pressure, we expect you to be self-motivated, delivering results with energy and enthusiasm.

We offer a competitive salary and package, commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Llandudno: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
