**Streetscene Operative (Trees)**

**Salary/Grade**: £24,322 to £26,780 per annum / Grade 5

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Hours**:37 hours per week (annualised hours consisting of 42 hours x 30 weeks during the Spring\Summer period and 30 hours x 22 weeks Autumn\Winter periods

**Location**: Bolsover District Council, Riverside Depot, Mansfield Road, Doe Lea, S44 5NY

**To be successful you will need**:

- A current full driving Category B License (preferably with categories: B+E, C1) is required.
- NPTC qualifications in the undertaking of Arboricultural operations using power saws and associated access equipment for working at heights.
- Good verbal communication skills and experience of team working.
- Proven practical experience of driving light commercial vehicles, ride-on mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, spraying equipment,
- Ability to sustain high levels of physical output over prolonged periods.
- Experience of working to pre-targeted work schedules and to tight deadlines.
