**Key Accountabilities**:
Develop digital learning products such as eLearning, videos, toolkits, simulations, reference guides for a range of business and learning topics.
Quality testing of digital learning products for accuracy and errors
**Key Capabilities**:
Extensive Articulate Rise / Storyline content creation experience
Competence in producing high-quality multimedia assets
Exceptional writing skills and meticulous attention to detail
Effective communicator.
Detail and Results focussed
Creative mind-set with passion to learn
Integrates high standards into everyday business operations and delivery in order to promote customer satisfaction and facilitate the organisation in achieving its goals.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
Tech savvy with ability to pick-up use of online tools quickly
Experience working with Learning Management systems, and, or, LXPs.
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Proactive / forward thinker
Self-Starter/learner
Preferable - experience in creating learning packages for Technical/engineering/scientific topics, as well as, systems and soft-skills topics.
