**Company Information**

Citrus has become a successful and popular deli-café coffee shop supplying fresh sandwiches, hot and cold food, extremely fresh, custom-roasted coffee and fresh, hand made cakes in the heart of a rural Cheshire village.

We now need additional team members to help join us and allow us to provide more staff, longer operating hours and to lighten the pressure on the owners.

You will ultimately take on the role of one of the owners and must be able to work back of house in the kitchen area as well as front of house serving coffee to barista standard, cakes and making food as deemed necessary to the business needs.

We have an imminent need for qualified Baristas to work in all areas of the business. Their drink making skills should be extremely high quality and be able to work under pressure as well as have incredible customer service skills.

You will be responsible for upholding our standards and commitment to our customers and duties will not me limited to one aspect of the business. You must be prepared to put your all into everything we need our new team members to do.

**You will**:

- Work closely with the public
- Report back to other team members and management
- Engage at all times with customers whilst performing other jobs
- Ensure quality and standards are maintained
- Take orders, process transactions and provide extremely accurate information to other team members
- Be able to work unsupervised upholding the business standards
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store and displays
- Prepare food and drinks to a high standard

**You should ideally**:

- Be a qualified Barista
- Have confidence with technology
- Have A-Level or equivalent qualifications

**You must**:

- Have customer service experience
- Be confident and accurate with money and cash handling
- Arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time
- Have your own transport
- Wear uniform and smart appearance at all times (shirt will be provided)
- Maintain levels of personal hygiene and food hygiene
- Be extremely reliable and dependable
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be outgoing and confidence
- Be cool under pressure
- Be polite, friendly and engaging at all times
- Have a very good level of numeracy and literacy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 14 per week
