You take messages with clear purpose and accuracy, and ensure they are passed on smoothly and quickly. You form a valuable part of a guest’s first impression, well before people actually arrive. You resonate everything that The Headland is and wants to be in tone and language; five star, relaxed, efficient and friendly.

**Salary and Contract**

This is a part-time permanent position based on a 16-hour working week, covering the phone lines at the weekends.

In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
