Domiciliary Care Assistant

We are looking to hire Domiciliary carers to join our growing team in Ludlow. Diamond Life Healthcare provides person centered care to the elderly with bespoke care packages to suit our clients needs which enable them to remain in their own homes.
Responsibilities of Domiciliary Carer:
To work as part of a team of carers under the direction of the Registered Manager
To deliver care to clients as directed by individuals plan of care
Recording and reporting to senior staff
To assist in the day to day running of the agency
To maintain high standards of care and service towards the clients, relatives and other members of staff
**Requirements**:
Experience of working with older people and/or a willingness to learn (Preferred although all training will be provided)
A good level of English - both written and spoken
A caring nature and desire to make a difference in someone’s life
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
