Our client, a successful regional build contractor based in Central Scotland, is seeking an experienced Brickwork Supervisor to join their team. With a diverse project portfolio spanning both commercial and residential sectors, this family-owned business operates at the forefront of the Scottish construction industry and has a track record of retaining and developing employees.

As Brickwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Leading and supervising a team of bricklayers.
- Coordinating and allocating resources.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality.
- Identifying defects and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of work progress.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as a Brickwork Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of brickwork techniques, materials, and construction methods.
- Valid UK driver’s license.
