**About The Service**
Cardiff Family Advice and Support is an innovative and progressive service within the directorate of Adults, Housing and Communities in Cardiff Council. Recently accredited with a Families First Quality Award, the service provides high quality information, advice and assistance for babies, children, young people, families and professionals across the city.

The service utilises a family centred, strengths based and inclusive approach, to identify the most appropriate support that will meet the wellbeing needs of both individuals and the family as a whole. The teams within the service work collaboratively with a range of professionals and partners to ensure support is at the right level and at the right time.

- A comprehensive working knowledge of the Microsoft package and or case management systems.

The right individual will also be able to recognise whether an individual is at risk and be able to consult and liaise with Social Workers and with other professionals or partner agencies as required.
