We are searching for a passionate Server at Flat Iron Square - London Bridge’s top sporting destination, featuring a tap room, street food vendors, weekly DJs and more, in our packed sporting and events calendar.

**ROLE**: Server - Flat Iron Square, London Bridge

**RATE**: £12ph plus Service Charge

**REPORTS TO**: General Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Protect and enhance the reputation of the bar as a best-in-class destination for food and drink and an enhanced customer experience via the managing and motivating of the bar team.
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
- Complying with and following licensing regulations, Company procedures and policies
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer experience
- Attend and complete all training provided
- Maintain operational standards
- Ensure rooms are prepped and ready for continued service
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to the area of choice; present menus/set times.
- Help patrons select food and beverages with recommendations and upselling
- Stay updated on food and beverage menus and stock levels
- Transmit orders to bar and food trader by recording patrons' choices on EPOS; identifying patrons' special dietary needs, allergens and special requests

**Requirements**:
We are seeking an outgoing and passionate Server would love you to have:

- A passion for consistently high standards and attention to detail, which comes from being a self-motivated, charismatic leader.
- Must be able to work Evenings, Weekends and Late Nights
- Have a genuine passion for what you do
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills with experience managing in venues larger than 150 guests and teams larger than 15 staff.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and be excited to work in a vibrant, busy environment.
- A genuine love of all things hospitality.
