Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the business in the absence of the General Manager
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and ensure smooth service delivery
- Supervise bar staff, including bartenders and wait staff, to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages, ingredients, and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area
- Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork and providing guidance

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in hospitality
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maximise profitability
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers efficiently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
