On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining customer relationships to ensure agreement terms are adhered to.
- Ensure prompt communication with the debtor in relation to outstanding balance.
- Complete financial transactions daily as required using internal systems.
- Other duties as and when required.

**Your skills and background**
In order to succeed in this role you will possess:

- 2 years’ experience working in a credit control position within a large professional office environment
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including maths and English Grades A*-C
- Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup, formulas, and Pivot tables
- Highly organised, diligent, and able to work with mínimal supervision
