Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and assist in marketing activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.

Person specification:

- Previous experience in a customer service role and/or marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The person we are looking for is bright, enthusiastic, a quick learner and able to take ownership of their tasks/work under mínimal supervision once trained. They are happy to take on any tasks given and complete them to a high standard. We have a great team who enjoy working together; we are looking for a personality that will fit in the team as much as a person who can ensure that the high standard of customer care will continue. Whilst a few essential skills are required, the training for the job itself will be provided.

Work is mostly home-based but occasional travel to training/meetings in the Haslemere, Guildford and London areas will be required. Travel will be reimbursed.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
