To process electronic and paper referrals ensuring appointments are bookedin line with National, Local and Trust targets.To participate as a member of a team liaising with the public and hospital staffin all areas on a daily basis.Project a professional, helpful manner ensuring complete confidentiality at alltimes.Ensure workload is completed in line with KPI's.Monitor and ensure cancellations for new slots are fully utilised on a dailybasis
