**PA / Executive Assistant to Chief Executive**

**Part Home, Part Leicestershire (Glenfield), Part Warwickshire (Rugby Area)**

Our client is a multi-million-pound industrial investment group based in the UK which targets investments located in the UK, USA and Europe.

Working from home and offices in Glenfield (Leicester) and Rugby (Warwickshire) you will be working directly for the CEO of the company, acting as the first point of contact, and providing first class administration support.

**PA / Executive Assistant role and description**
- Managing diaries, organising meetings, appointments and corporate events and hospitality.
- Liaising between CEO and companies’ senior management.
- Organising and managing travel plans.
- Document management including legal and corporate documents.
- Minute taking.

**Qualifications and skills**

This role requires proven strong experience as a PA / Admin Assistant and experience working in a corporate environment.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential together with a positive approach to team working.

**Other skills include**:

- Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate clearly and develop effective professional relationships with management teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and computer skills.
- Competent / advanced Microsoft office capabilities (word, PowerPoint, pdf).
- A proactive / tasks to managing workloads with a flexibility approach to adapt to changing needs.
- Full driving license and own car essential.
- Discretion and Honesty are absolute essential.
- GCSE/O Levels in English (A-C) as a Minimum.

Although not a prerequisite, a legal background and knowledge of shorthand would be advantageous.
