Mobile Tyre Fitter

IMMEDIATE JOB OFFER: Mobile Tyre Fitter required from our base of 30,000 tyres on the A40, Gutteridge Works (Northolt, London). Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van (with all Tyre Machines and tools fitted), fuel, insurance etc will be provided. Tyres will be available at our base, or at local suppliers (Stapletons, MD etc.). Mobile Tyre Fitting Experience required (at least 1 year, preferably from Halfords). Hours are between 8 30am to 6 30pm, 5 days a week plus every other Saturday. Start up company with a fresh new branding looking for an active excited person with 1 year clean driving licence that would be interested in starting as a mobile tyre fitter, and may manage a team as we are looking to grow fast.
To begin we are happy to pay £27K basic for the probation period of 3 months. After 3 months probation period we would like to offer the employee a share of every tyre they do as commission, so OTE will be £40k+. We know that our company is run by our employees, so we want to reward you more than anything else.
You will take jobs from our leads that we generate via Google and other forms of marketing. You will do approximately 4 to 7 jobs a day, all within an hours drive of our A40 Northolt base of 30,000 tyres. Overtime is also available. Be your own boss here.
Hours can also be flexible, and we also are offering night shift and late evening shift. Kindly get in contact.
**Requirements**:
Good English speaking (Urdu also a plus)
1 year mobile tyre fitting experience (preferrably from Halfords)
1 year clean drivers license
