Based from their Hemel Hempstead depot, our client is looking for a HGV Driver to join their team.

You must hold a HGV category C License

Your role will involve making multi-drop deliveries of building materials around the local area, in a safe, professional manner.

Daily Tasks:

- Assist with loading & unloading of HGV vehicles in a safe manner
- Performing to a high standard in line with license and company requirements
- Maintaining records of journey times, mileage and hours worked
- Operating a tachograph in line with current legislation
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures

You must also hold a Crane Certification licence with grab (ideally ALLMI certificated)

Salary - £31,514 per annum
Bonus - £1300 (London waiting allowance)
23 days holiday (this increases with service)
The business doesn't work Bank Holidays, and is closed over the Christmas break

With this role, you will be expected to work 21 Saturdays per year,any additional Saturdays worked on top of these, they are paid an additional £70 per Saturday worked and on the Saturdays worked, they are also paid time and a half overtime on the day for the month.
