**£40K - £50K PA - Company car/allowance and company bonus.**

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Branch Manager to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists, bringing to life the Northgate and Auxillis experience for colleagues and customers.The role is designed to provide support to bothNorthgate and Auxillis brands within our businesses. This is an integrational opportunity in the Barking region to provide management support to our branch, whilst learning the operational side of the business.

As Branch Manager, you will focus on supporting our customers to keep their business promises - heading teams that gives an exceptional customer experience whilst working to the highest technical and quality standards.

You will be responsible to support the performance across all aspects of the branch including rental activity, workshop performance and customer relationships, we are looking to you to develop results-focused teams that maximise revenue opportunities, driveinnovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and, above all, deliver on our service commitment to customers.

**About you**
- Realistically, it's a must that you are already successfully working in a supervisory or management capacity with a vehicle rental or car hire business - you know how to build and manage a team to deliver exceptional vehicle solutions to your customersand have at least 3 years of management experience.
- You have a common sense, commercially minded business approach - you know what makes a great workplace and how to maximise efficiencies and identify opportunities to produce outstanding results.
- You get involved in every part of your business - you take pride in understanding exactly what makes your business tick and lead by example, setting high standards.
- You are a natural coach and love to share your knowledge with others - nothing gives you more job satisfaction than seeing a colleague you have supported doing well.
- You have a passion for customer service - you understand what is important to your customers and suppliers.If there is an issue, as Branch Manager, you will know just how to solve it.
