We have a vacancy for an experienced and talented Photography Studio Assistant with exceptional attention to detail, natural creative flair, and knowledge and experience in commercial photography and editing/retouching.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

- Retouching images showing technical and creative initiative of how to arrive at the required quality level, accurately following retouching notes provided by our Clients or Studio Manager
- Image editing and post production, colour checking/match images with garments/products ensuring consistent colour accuracy
- Uploading/downloading images from our server and maintaining an organised file structure
- Set building and decorating, supporting the management of the production process and day-to-day operations
- Management of all props as required

You will mostly be working on fashion and product photography, but other duties can involve working with interactive media or video, so you should have a natural interest in all things creative.

The person appointed will have a strong passion and experience in creative production, with 2 or more years of experience in photo editing/post production.

You will work closely with the Studio Manager and the vacancy represents a strong career development opportunity for a hard-working and ambitious individual to learn and grow within a small but fast-moving progressive company.

Job Requirements:
Essential
- Must be organised and diligent
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and have a natural creative flair
- Previous experience working within a similar photographic studio
- Exceptional colour correcting skills
- Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload, multi-task using effective time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive attitude
