Our client, a market leader in their industry, is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team in Fleetwood, Lancs

As the Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to customers, sales managers and the public. You will be responsible for processing and maintaining sales orders, producing product quotations, answering customer callsand managing stock to meet customer demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Download and process sales orders for customers
- Produce product range quotations and complete customer product forms
- Answer customer and internal calls, and maintain an effective filing system
- Manage stock to fulfil customer forecasts and orders
- Provide documentation for products and orders, and create and maintain data in spreadsheets
- Arrange and track samples and design requests
- Maintain customer sales figures and process direct customer orders
- Attend meetings with customers in the UK showroom and at customer sites
- Update internal and customer manuals and provide support to the sales office manager and team members
- Work with all departments to ensure a high-level of service is provided to customers.

This is a temp-to-permanent role with a 3-month probation period, working Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
