CSCS Welfare Cleaner Sutton Area Weekly Pay 8.5 - 9.5 Hours per day Weekends Available
Your new company
Our client is a reputable construction firm with a wide variety of expertise such as new builds, refurbishments, conversions and extensions. They are seeking for a proactive labourer to join their team in Sutton on a long term basis.
Your new role
As a member of the team you are expected to carry out general cleaning tasks and aspects of welfare such as the upkeep of the office and cabin areas. This will include pouring bleach in the toilets but you are not expected to scrub, and maintaining the cleanlinessof the site.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have the following:

- Valid CSCS
- Be able to provide at least 1 ex-employer reference from within the last 6 months
- Full PPE - Hard Hat, Safety Boots, High Vis

The project will run until summer 2025. For the first few weeks, they would prefer if the cleaner can attend in the morning from 8am for 4 hours. When it increases, it should be 8am...
