Scrum Master

£40,000 - £65,000 (+bonus)

Location: Must be based in the Northeast or Scotland

Working Arrangement: Can work remotely, flexibly or on-site **- completely your choice**

One of the fastest growing start-ups in the Northeast is looking to expand their Delivery Team. As a tech consultancy supporting public and private sector projects, you’ll always be on projects working with the latest tech, in market leading projects, as well as being offered plenty of opportunities to up-skill.

As a start-up they’ve been able to get the culture right from Day 1 with a lot of social gatherings, company events as well as a fully paid weekend away abroad once a year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Scrum master certification is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
