- First Point Group has an immediate start on offer for an EHS Advisor / H&S Manager with CDM / Construction Design Management experience. If you're looking for a new project to start in the next 3-4 weeks with an internationally reknown industry leader, then this is the opportunity for you.
- Remote / home-working on a hybrid basis can be considered with occassional visits to the office.- You will influence how risks to health and safety are managed throughout a project.
- The role holder will be expected to build and maintain credible working relationships with a network of internal and external stakeholders at all levels by making fact-based choices and acting quickly to affect them.**Responsibilities**:
- Understanding of Regulation 5(1)a and other CDM Regulations
- Offer guidance on CDM regulations and pertinent EHS requirements.
- Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders fulfill their obligations and collaborate throughout the project.
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to eliminate any potential risks to anyone's health or safety.
- Carry out supplier audits and reviews in support of CDM design and principle contractor responsibilities.

**Experience**:
- NEBOSH certificate
- High level understanding of the Construction Design and Management (CDM 2015) Regulations.
- Experience with internal and external auditing for ISO:14001/45001)
