Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusastic and motivated individual to join our office team to help manage the administration of our increasing online orders.

The Online Order Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our online order processing across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to streamline operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Oversee the end-to-end processing of online orders from multiple websites, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for online orders.
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- **System Management**: Maintain and update order management systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Answering incoming calls**:

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person. Take orders from repeat customers and entering them into our sales system

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Some experience in order management, e-commerce, or a related field would be advantageous
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with order management systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g.WooCommerce) would be a bonus but training will be provided
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- **Customer Focus**: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Anglo American Oil Company is a family run business employing approximately 24 people, this position will be based at our modern office in Holton Heath Poole.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £16,863.39-£21,000.00 per year
