Select Support + requires a care assistant to support a gentlemen in his fifties with Learning and physical disabilities. Gentlemen lives alone in a lovely bungalow which has been adapted to his needs, he has close family and community connections. Gentlemen has a great sense of humor and enjoys going out in his disability car. Non verbal but communicates using facial expressions and body language, routine and stability is very important to this gentlemen.

Your role would involve but not be limited to the following duties:

- Personal Care
- Washing, Bathing, dressing.
- Contience aid support.
- Preparing, cooking, serving and feeding.
- Transfers and hoisting.
- Medication administration.
- Attending activities and local events.
- Providing companionship.
- Household tasks.
- Record and Reporting.

The start date will be 16.01.2023, the rates are £15per hour and £80per sleep, Monthly pay on the 25th of every month (two weeks in hand). Please note this is a SELF EMPLOYED position. You will be on a two week rolling rota which will look like this;
Week 1:
Tuesday - 15:00 to 21:00, sleep (21:00 to 07:00) and 07:00 to 09:00
Thursday - 15:00 to 21:00, sleep (21:00 to 07:00) and 07:00 to 09:00
Sunday - 07:00 to 21:00, sleep (21:00 to 07:00) and 07:00 to 09:00
Week 2:
Monday - 15:00 to 21:00, sleep (21:00 to 07:00) and 07:00 to 09:00
Wednesday - 15:00 to 21:00, sleep (21:00 to 07:00) and 07:00 to 09:00
Friday - 15:00 to 21:00, sleep (21:00 to 07:00) and 07:00 to 09:00
